Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Desio website, iOS app, AI design tools, and paid memberships operated by Desio operator (company details pending).

1. The service

Desio creates AI-assisted visual concepts for home design. They are for inspiration and early planning only, not architectural, structural, engineering, electrical, fire-safety, building-code, contractor, or other professional advice.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, impractical, or different from the real room. Before buying materials or beginning work, you are responsible for checking measurements, colours, materials, availability, permissions, compatibility, and safety with qualified professionals where appropriate.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login details, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

3. Your photos and instructions

You retain ownership of room photos, prompts, and other material you provide. You grant Desio a limited licence to host, copy, process, and transform it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

You must own uploaded content or have permission to use it. Do not upload unlawful material, third-party private information without permission, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

4. Generated concepts

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use concepts generated for your account for personal design projects. AI systems can produce similar results for different users, so concepts are not guaranteed to be unique, exclusive, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Desio, interfere with its operation, bypass usage limits, probe security, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at scale, reverse engineer protected parts, use another person's account, or use the service for illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.

6. Trials, paid memberships, and automatic renewal

The website may offer a three-day trial followed by Studio Flex at the displayed localized price every two weeks. A monthly option may also be available at the displayed localized price. The exact trial, price, currency, taxes, and billing frequency shown at checkout control your purchase.

Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. By confirming, you authorise the applicable purchase channel to charge the displayed price and future recurring renewals. Web memberships and App Store subscriptions are separate purchase channels and may have different prices and controls.

7. Immediate access, cancellation, and refunds

A successful purchase normally gives immediate access to paid digital features. That access constitutes delivery of the digital service. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, payments are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, even if the membership is unused or only partly used.

Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not reverse a charge already processed. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or account, removing a payment method, or not using Desio does not cancel a subscription. See the Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, or pause features for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee continuous availability or that every concept will meet your expectations. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated as required by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desio is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for decisions, purchases, construction work, property damage, or injury caused by relying on an AI concept without independently checking suitability.

11. Mandatory consumer rights

These Terms do not waive mandatory rights that apply to you. If a term conflicts with a non-waivable consumer right, that mandatory right controls.
