Cancel your subscription

Enter the email used for the trial or subscription. The last four digits of your payment card are optional. We will automatically cancel matching Desio website subscriptions and confirm the result here.

You can also cancel directly from the subscription controls inside the HabiVue app.

For Apple Pay, you can leave the card digits blank. Never enter a full card number, security code, expiry date, or password.

Read the Cancellation Policy

Cancellation stops future billing and retries once confirmed. A payment already submitted before cancellation may still finish processing; cancellation does not refund earlier payments. App Store subscriptions must be canceled through Apple. For help, email support@desioapp.com.

You can leave this blank and cancel using your billing email. If you enter digits, they must match the payment method. Apple Pay digits can differ from your physical card.
