How does the free trial work?
You get 3 days of Premium at no cost. Cancellation must be completed before the trial ends to avoid the first renewal. You can cancel inside the HabiVue app or automatically through the cancellation page. Wait for confirmation that cancellation is complete. Open cancellation page
How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
You can cancel directly from the subscription controls inside the HabiVue app or use the cancellation page with the checkout email and last four card digits. Matching website subscriptions are canceled automatically, with confirmation on screen. Confirmed cancellation stops future billing and retries. Contact support if your details cannot be verified. When am I charged, and how much?
Only after the trial ends. The exact price and billing frequency are shown on the plan before you enter any card details, in your local currency.
I did not receive my login details.
Your access details are shown on the success screen after checkout. If they are unavailable, contact us with the checkout email and we will investigate safely.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Contact us first for a technical, access, or billing problem. We will review the request under our Refund Policy and process or support it through the payment channel used for the purchase. Read the Refund Policy
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You can download the app from the App Store and use the free features without an account. An account is only needed for Premium.
What can I redesign with Desio?
You can explore visual directions for common home spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens.
Can I compare more than one direction?
Yes. Desio is designed to help you compare alternatives before you commit to furniture, color, or layout changes.
I paid but Premium is not active in the app.
Make sure you are signed in with the same email you used at checkout. If it still does not show, write to us and we will fix it.
